I wrote the book that didn't exist. Then I started the podcast. Now I'm going to become the doctor.

WTF Happened to My Body? Fixing the Aftermath of Having Kids No Matter How Long Ago It Was is the book I wrote because your body after kids deserves a real answer, not kegels and a shrug.

Whether you gave birth two years ago or twenty, it is never too late to rehabilitate your body and reclaim your vitality.

My podcast, WTF Happened to My Body After 40?, keeps that conversation going about hormones, perimenopause, brain health, and what it actually takes to feel whole again.

When I lost my mom to dementia, it changed the course of everything.

Becoming a naturopathic doctor, focused on women's health after 40, and specifically brain health, is my answer to that loss and the next chapter of this work.

how it began

Pandemic. Studio closed. Mom went into memory care. The hardest year.

2020

Became a flower essence therapist because we are more than bone and muscle. There are unseen parts of us that need healing too.

2016

this is when it all changed.

Opened my first studio because I'd heard too many women laugh off peeing themselves, and I knew how to fix it.

2015

Third daughter arrived the same year I became a certified Pilates instructor. The beginning of understanding what women's bodies actually go through.

2004

Became a mom to twins.
Nothing prepared me for what that did to my body.

2002

Naturopathic medical school. The next chapter begins.

2027

Became a grandmother. Launched the audiobook. Turned 50. The revolution is just getting started.

2026

what a year!

Published WTF Happened to My Body? Fixing the Aftermath of Having Kids No Matter How Long Ago It Was. The book we all needed when we left the hospital.

2025

Started writing the book AND discovered functional medicine and enrolled in school. Because why not.

2022

Lost my mom to dementia. Decided her story would mean something.

2021

A look back on the path that brought me to where I am today.
