“WTF happened to my body? To my energy?
I've been there, friend.
It wasn’t until I made the decision to move my body regularly (which I was preaching but not doing), that things began to change and shift like pure f*cking magic. I began to feel more creative, energized, and rejuvenated.
This was the beginning of a whole new life for me and my girls. It started with a move from LA to the Central Coast. I opened a virtual Pilates studio (long before the pandemic hit and everyone lived on Zoom), and eventually moved into a physical location.
It felt like I was creating magic left and right — I was living a life of fun and flexibility while helping women rehabilitate their post-baby related physical systems and gain strength.
Life shifted when my mom passed from Dementia, my daughter experienced a substance-induced psychosis, and another family member passed suddenly from advanced cancer. I made the decision to go back to school to become a naturopathic doctor.
Over the past few years, I've thrown myself into education around the body and how it functions, including hormone and brain health, discovering there were so many new ways to prevent chronic health issues or detect them earlier.
